Everyone should remember that your first set of journals will be due by class time on Thursday the 13th! You need to make sure that all three of your journals are posted onto your blog by that time. Please make sure that they are clearly marked, so I can see which posts are journals and which are not (simply titling each one JOURNAL NUMBER XXX in the title of the post will do the trick nicely).
Be sure to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Hello!
So i have a question for you. I know I’m missing one journal, but on the paper it says that journal # 1 and 2 are free, and it doesn’t say # 3, 4, 5 are free. I didn’t have a 3rd one down because I thought you give us something to write about.
Hi Ania,
Although it doesn't say specifically in the schedule, I announced in class that all weekly journals listed are always free entires. Like I said when we were discussing the difference between directed and free entires, the directed entries will always be announced in class, ahead of the due date, and will always be IN ADDITION to the regular free entry for that week. That means that if I announce a directed entry for a given week, you will have TWO journal entries to write for that week--the directed entry does NOT take the place of that week's free entry.
I hope that this clears things up--be sure to let me know if you have any other questions about the journals or anything else regarding the course!
